Create a New Ticket: Do you have a new issue? Click the blue button on the right labeled "Open a New Ticket" to open a support ticket.
Check the Status of an existing Ticket: Would you like to know if there are any updates on your ticket? Click the green button on the right labeled "Check Ticket Status."
