To better organize our support requests, we use this support ticket system. Each request is assigned a unique ticket number, which you can use to track the status of your request online at any time. For your overview, all requests with the corresponding answers are stored in our helpdesk. This allows you to view the answers to your requests online at any time. To open a ticket, a valid e-mail address is required.
